More Space, More Makers
Byron Bay was craving space for emerging brands with nowhere to go. Kick Building saw the potential in the existing industrial precinct at 16 Banksia Drive and got to work. In Collaboration with local Architects Occupy Studio, and Place of Space, the team transformed the site into modern, functional spaces for some of Byron's most exciting commercial and creative businesses.
The Tenants
16 Banksia Drive is home to Homey, 100 Mile Table, Franca Design and Business & Pleasure Co, alongside a growing roster of Byron Bay's most interesting brands and makers. Each tenant brought their own vision to the space. Kick delivered the base build that made it possible.
