Nothing New That Didn’t Need to Be
When HGA Studio relocated to 18 Banksia Drive, the brief was to repurpose what existed and build anything new from what would otherwise be wasted. Kick worked with the HGA team to incorporate their existing furniture and joinery, and fabricated all new built elements from recycled materials diverted from landfill.
Architecture Practised Through Building
A small project with a clear position: sustainable construction practice is operational, not aspirational. Nothing was built new that didn’t need to be.
