The Renovation
Lawson Street is a residential renovation in Byron Bay delivered by Kick Building in collaboration with Tamsin Johnson. The scope covered new bathrooms, kitchen, updated cladding and joinery throughout, bringing the home up to the standard Tamsin Johnson’s interior vision required.
The Finish
Tamsin Johnson is known for combining pieces across decades and continents to create spaces that are refined without being precious. The built fabric Kick delivered needed to hold that vision without competing with it. Precise joinery, considered material selections and a high standard of finish across every room.
The Result
Completed in 2025, Lawson Street is featured in Tamsin Johnson’s residential portfolio as a Byron Bay residence. A project where the craft of the build is inseparable from the quality of the interior.
