The Brief
Deiji Studios needed a headquarters that could hold the practicalities of a working creative team without compromising the identity of the brand. At Banksia Drive, that meant letting the modern, concrete base build do most of the heavy lifting.
The Fitout
Our team executed the spatial fitout and joinery to align with Deiji's minimalist, contemporary aesthetic. The large tenancy was divided into a collaborative open-plan work area with custom workstations, private meeting rooms with bespoke timber-framed glazed partitions, a private office, kitchenette and back-of-house storage. Clean, restrained and precise. Nothing competes with the work produced inside it.
The Location
At 18 Banksia Drive, Deiji Studios sits among like-minded businesses in one of Byron Bay's most creatively charged addresses. The precinct attracts brands and makers who take what they do seriously. Deiji fits that company well.
