A 3,758m² commercial building designed by Richards and Spence for developer Norfolk, built by Kick Building to a standard that gave those businesses somewhere worth being. 18 Banksia Drive sets a new standard for commercial construction in the Northern Rivers. Kick Building will keep creating spaces that help brands build their legacy.

18 Banksia Drive is home to Comma, Jardan, Fliteboard, HGA Architects, Live Nation, Deiji Studios, ROWIE the Label and more. Kick delivered the base build and fitouts with careful craftsmanship.
